A solution designed for the most difficult coatings

The strength of this machine is its ability to apply coatings even with very delicate raw materials without breaking them, such as crunchy bread or panko, seeds and corn flakes.

Originally created for the production of seed sticks for birds, this machine has proved particularly versatile and indispensable for tackling challenges in the food industry, such as the most delicate coatings that are traditionally applied by hand.

The food is carried on a bed of coating material and covered with the coating. A blower removes the excess and a belt recovery system removes impurities and recirculates the coating without altering its characteristics.

The maintenance required is negligible and cleaning operations are simple and easy.

  • Equipped with a belt recovery system that removes impurities from the coating and automatically feeds it back into the process, avoiding waste
