Olivia is the only fully automatic machine for producing Ascoli-style olives stuffed with meat, fish, vegetables and other mixtures.

Since the first model in 1990, MTS has remained the only company in the world to build these solutions, which have since evolved and improved in all their technical and functional aspects.

These machines cut pre-pitted olives, insert an adjustable quantity of product inside them and then close them again.

In addition, thanks to innovative design solutions, they insert the filling at low pressure, keeping the organoleptic characteristics and the grind of the mixture intact. They require no special maintenance and cleaning is simple and easy: just feed hot water and detergents into the injection system.
